i say pop/rock depending on the song, my mom says rock and my sister says pop.

He is unique you really can't classify him. He's like the Bob Dylan of our generation! but i don't really care for him

hes a good guitarist but hes no dylan. dylan had meaningful lyrics, mayers are all love songy type things

He's a pretty good guitarist....I wouldn't say 'pop' I would say he's the category of Soft rock
