Ok, so I'm just under a month late in reporting on the Robert Cray show but boy was it fabulous. Cray is just amazing. His Strat is so clean but is played so dirty, his hands are so amazing at playing the blues. He played an awesome set that was full of some great improv as well as the established licks from each member of the group from the original songs. I've got a video from the show that I took, its the opening song, "I Guess I Showed Her":

I've got a couple more shows to add to the list. In August I saw the Keb' Mo'/Robert Cray tour and then a couple weeks ago I saw Sonny Landreth at a really tiny venue here in Vermont.

Wow, I've got to dust off the cobwebs in this section before I post. Anyways, last month I saw Buddy Guy & BB King together, brilliant concert. Buddy went through the crowd and ended up playing only about 10 feet from me. They were both fantastic.
