they were very strong and durable. i just cracked my 16 crash a few days ago. im still playing on it and it cracked another 2 times. the 14 crash sucks. the sound doesnt carry and ring like the 16 does. the hi hats are ok. i never had a good stand so i dont know if that would alter the sound much. the ride is excellent! it has a nice ping and the bell if nice and loud. the 18 crash /ride is good. it is loud and low. it carries for a long time |

well the cymbals are defanitely for begginers. i could get a good sound out of the 14 crash so i threw it to the side and used a zildjian. |
