I bought this guitar new at a pawn shop for 230 bucks. It caught my eye with itnulls strange apperance. I had never heard of a Del Recto before.

It has a transparent brown finish with nice mahog? wood. It was two humbuckers and a sc between them. It has s slippery, fast neck and decent control knobs. The whammy bar sounded awful so I took it off. I plugged it in and when I struck the first chord I was shocked. This Probe has a X25 feature which is like a ratty, almost distorted smooth tone. When I put on distortion, this thing cranked out a crunch I never heard before. I thought something was wrong with it but I guess it was intentional. |

Well compared to my SG, this thing is crap but when I need a unique sound, I turn to it. |
